People want to hear about the Love of God. Jesus
never preached the Love of God. He preached the fear of God. A gospel
that preaches love and tolerance is the Gospel of Satan, first
proclaimed in Genesis 3:4-5 “The serpent said to the woman,
“You surely will not die! 5 “For God knows that in the day you eat from
it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and
evil.” That’s what Satan said and Eve fell for it and we know what
happened. It sounds much like the lies that they preach in churches
today: ”God loves you too much, He will not put you into hell.”
Whenever you hear a preacher say that, you must look carefully, you
will detect the serpent that seduced Eve in the garden, the very, very
same one.
Jesus did not preach tolerance to sin, He preached the fear of God. We read in Luke 12:5 “But
I will warn you whom to fear: fear the One who, after He has killed,
has authority to cast into hell; yes, I tell you, fear Him!”
Jesus
did not say that God will understand you are a healthy young man with
urges and drives, He said in Matthew 5:27-30 “You have heard that it
was said, ‘YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT ADULTERY’; 28 but I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
29 “If your right eye makes you stumble, tear it out and throw it from
you; for it is better for you to lose one of the parts of your body,
than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. 30 “If your right hand
makes you stumble, cut it off and throw it from you; for it is better
for you to lose one of the parts of your body, than for your whole body
to go into hell.”
That
was the reason why the world hated Jesus and still hates those who
speak the truth. People flock after Joel Osteen, Rick Warren and other
deceivers to listen to their jokes but they persecute those who tell
them the truth that can get them out of hell. However, it will not
change their destiny: “The wages of sin is death.”
Jesus
said in John 7:7 “The world cannot hate you, but it hates Me because I
testify of it, that its deeds are evil.” So if a preacher becomes
popular you need to know, He is not speaking the truth, he is tickling
the ears, look for the tail of the serpent hanging out somewhere.
When
you tell a person to break with his sin because he is on his way to
hell he hates you. That is why Jesus said in Matthew 10:34-39 “Do not
think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring
peace, but a sword. 35 “For I CAME to SET A MAN AGAINST HIS FATHER, and A DAUGHTER AGAINST HER MOTHER, and A DAUGHTER-IN-LAW AGAINST HER MOTHER-IN-LAW; 36 and A MAN’S ENEMIES WILL BE THE MEMBERS OF HIS HOUSEHOLD.
37 “He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and
he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. 38 “And
he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
39 “He who has found his life will lose it, and he who has lost his
life for My sake will find it.”
People
quote scripture that they are saved by grace and not by works. I wish
to ask them, who they are following. Are you FOLLOWING SCRIPTURE or
JESUS? Jesus who said:
“For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the
scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven”
Matthew 5:20. Why did He say that? Because they
were hypocrites, they were “whitewashed tombs which on the outside
appear beautiful, but inside they are full of dead men’s bones and all
uncleanness.”
The
people quote scripture about their “imputed” righteousness through
faith in Jesus but they refuse to obey Jesus who said in John 12:47-48 “If anyone hears My sayings and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. 48 “He who rejects Me and does not receive My sayings, has one who judges him; the Word I spoke is what will judge him at the last day.”
You can believe all you like, if you do not obey Jesus and live
righteously you will end up in hell. Jesus came to destroy the works of
the devil. If you hang on to your sin you will be destroyed with your
sin.
Jesus did not die so that you can sin, He died for sin and will excuse no sin. If you don’t fear God, obey Jesus and stop sinning you are a fool and you will end up in hell.
Nothing
in life that is worth anything is easily achieved. The highest prize
that we can attain is eternal life with Jesus. It cost the highest
price ever paid, the blood of Christ. If you despise the blood of
Christ and continue in sin there is no more redemption:
Hebrews 10:26-31 “For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a TERRIFYING EXPECTATION of JUDGMENT and THE FURY OF A FIRE WHICH WILL CONSUME THE ADVERSARIES. 28 Anyone who has set aside the Law of Moses dies without mercy on the testimony of
two or three witnesses. 29 How much severer punishment do you think he
will deserve who has trampled under foot the Son of God, and has
regarded as unclean the blood of the covenant by which he was
sanctified, and has insulted the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know Him
who said, “VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY.” And again, “THE LORD WILL JUDGE HIS PEOPLE.” 31 It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”
If
you believe in Jesus and you continue in your sin you are hell bound,
that is how easy it is. The moment we come to Jesus we renounce sin, we
turn our back on sin, we run from it. We renounce ourselves, we run
from self we follow Jesus we make ourselves available to Jesus. He is
not interested in our clever thoughts, he is not asking our opinion or
our interpretation of the Bible. The only thing Jesus is interested in
is our OBEDIENCE. This is HIS KINGDOM and He knows what He is doing.
Either we OBEY HIM and walk in the light and stay with Him or we go out
into darkness and then we are lost.
There
is NO ETERNAL SECURITY, there is only one way and that is WALK IN THE
LIGHT and in that way you stay clean. That way the Holy Spirit speaks
to us all the time and cleanses us and makes us suitable for the
kingdom of God. If we are not willing for that, we won’t share in His
glory. Then we are lost, there is no salvation away from the presence
of Jesus Christ. Either we come into His presence and we stay there all
the time, twenty four hours out of twenty four hours of every day. The
moment you go out of His presence, you take your eyes of Him you are
lost. We are not called to the knowledge of scriptures, we are called
to a life of obedience to Christ being guided by His Holy Spirit. If we
are not guided by His Holy Spirit we are guided by our carnal minds. If
we don’t walk in the light then we walk in our own mind, which is death.
We must SUBMIT TO GOD, we must OBEY JESUS CHRIST and LIVE A LIFE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS and OBEDIENCE TO JESUS or we are none of His.
We
need to come to Jesus and stay with Jesus, stay in His presence, be
guided by His Spirit every moment of our life, or we are not saved, we
are lost.
The message is clear, fear God, obey Jesus and live a righteous life and you will be saved if you endure to the end or listen to the Serpent and you will spend eternity in hell.
