Jesus Christ never changed and He will never change. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Jesus Christ died for sin and He does not tolerate sin. He forgives the sin of those who accept Him and who repent, turn away from their sin, and who follow and obey Him, but those who turn back to their sin and their evil ways, will perish.
There’s only one way to have eternal life and that is to follow and obey Jesus Christ, to obey His words, His gospel, His words that He delivered, His rules for entering into the kingdom of heaven, the words that He spoke as they are also recorded in the gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Repent and be baptized. Stop sinning. Live holy. Without holiness no man shall see God. The unrighteous will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Churches have created many doctrines and people think that they can carry on sinning, they only need to believe in Jesus for salvation. That’s a lie. If we believe in Jesus we must obey Him, obey His words. We must get to know Him for real.
Jesus promised that if we repent and are baptized in water, if we turn away from our evil ways and we obey His words, we seek Him with all our heart, He will come and dwell in and with us. We will be in relationship with Him, in communion with Him. He will guide and teach us and we were know Him for real.
Many will stand before Jesus on the day that they die and He will say to them:”Go away I never knew you,you workers of wickedness.” Many of them will be Christians who thought that they were saved, but they never turned from their wicked ways they never turned from going after their own desires, and they never went after Jesus. They never followed Jesus, they never knew Him. There’s only one way to enter the kingdom of heaven and that is to follow and obey Jesus Christ, to know Him for real. The world has changed, people have changed, churches have changed, they have gone away from Jesus, but Jesus never changed. We have to turn to Jesus and follow Him, His way to enter His kingdom because Jesus never changes.
May Jesus bless you.
