Discipleship is hard work. It is being called for full-time service in the The kingdom of God is not for lazy people. Those who follow Jesus Christ, follow and serve Him every day. They do what He commands them to do. They are not on a long term holiday.
Many people have the idea that if you become a disciple of Jesus Christ then you become homeless and lazy. That’s not the truth. They do not know nor follow Jesus Christ. When Jesus calls us we follow Him and we go where He sends us. We work where He tells us to work and we bear fruit for His kingdom.
If we do not bear fruit for the kingdom of God, if we do not obey Jesus Christ, then we cannot serve Him, we cannot be for any value for the kingdom of God. If we do not bear fruit. Whatever job Jesus puts us into, we have to do it as for Him with all our heart and thereby prove that we are children of God. Lazy people have no place in the kingdom of God.
