Walking by Faith

We can only follow Jesus Christ if we walk by faith and we can only walk by faith if we hear His voice, because faith comes by the hearing of the word of God.
If we believe that Jesus Christ is whom He said He is and we obey His commands; we repent and we are baptized in water, He promised to give His Holy Spirit in us to teach us and to guide us. We will hear the Word of God, we will hear Jesus speaking to us, as was prophesied by the prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 30:20 “your Teacher will no longer hide Himself, but your eyes will behold your Teacher. Your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left.” It will come true what the Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 8:14 that those who are being led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God; they are the children of God. We can only walk by faith if we hear from Jesus.
If we are serious about following Him and if we obey His commands, if we truly get to know Him and we hear His voice then we can follow Him. Jesus reveals Himself to those who are serious, who obey His commands, who seek Him and who wish to follow Him. He speaks to them. His sheep hear His voice and they follow Him. They walk by faith because they hear Him speaking and then they act on His words, on that which He tells them to do. They go where He sends them and they do what He tells them to do. They are guided by the Holy Spirit and they walk by faith.
Are we serious about following Jesus Christ? Do we hear His voice? Do we listen to Him? Do we follow Him and do we walk by faith? Are we serious about following Jesus Christ?
May Jesus bless you.
