Work out your own relationship with Jesus Christ

The moment that we die we are bound to our eternal destination, which will be either heaven or hell. The only person who will decide whether we go into heaven or into hell is Jesus Christ, and on that day Jesus Christ will say to many people”Go away I never knew you.” It is our own responsibility to work out our own relationship with Jesus Christ.

If we want to enter the kingdom of heaven we have to know Jesus Christ and He has to know us. Right now we have the opportunity to obey Jesus Christ and to get to know Him. If we refuse Him and we reject Him, then on that day that we die, He will say to us:”Go away I never knew you.” It does not matter what you believed. Many people believe in Jesus for salvation, but they do not obey Him and therefore they do not get to know Him.

Jesus Christ will say to them:”Go away I never knew you, you workers of wickedness.” We have to work out our own relationship with Jesus. If we seek Him, we find Him and then we must obey and follow Him or else he will say to us:”Go away I never knew you.” How is your relationship with Jesus? Is Jesus Christ real to you? Do you know Him. His sheep know His voice and they follow Him. Are you one of His sheep? Do you seek Him and do you obey Him, or do you just believe that you have salvation because you believe in Jesus Christ?

Do not wait until it is too late, because the day that you die it will be too late. If Jesus does not know you, you will not enter His kingdom. Seek Jesus while you can. Today is the day of salvation. Seek Jesus while He still may be found, so that you will not be disappointed on that day that you die.

May Jesus bless you.
