Empowered Gifted and Guided

It is required of every born again child of God to be fruitful in the kingdom of God. Jesus Christ calls us to be His witnesses, to make disciples of all nations, to bring others into the kingdom of God, to build the kingdom of God.

None of us will have any excuse for not bearing fruit, for not being productive for the kingdom of God, for not doing the works of Christ, because Jesus Christ empowers each and every disciple. He gifts them, he gives them the gifts that they need to do the job, and He guides them into fruitful service. The reason why so many believers are unfruitful is because they are not following Jesus Christ. Many have not been born again.

Many of those who were born again are not serious about following Jesus, they disobey Him. He promised His Holy Spirit in each and every born-again follower that obeys His words, those who obey Him. Jesus Christ empowers us by His Spirit that dwells in us, if we have received the Holy Spirit; and He gives us the gifts, the gifting that we require to do whatever He requires of us, and then He does not leave us on our own to follow our own initiative to work for His kingdom. No, His Holy Spirit in us guides us into fruitful service. He teaches us, He enables us, He empowers us, if we follow Him. But most believers do not follow Jesus Christ. They follow their own mind and they follow their own interpretation of the Bible.

Without Jesus Christ we can do nothing, but with Jesus Christ we are empowered, enabled, gifted, qualified and guided to overcome and to be fruitful for His kingdom. Are we bearing fruit for the kingdom of God? If we stay in Christ, He will guide us, He will teach us. He will empower us. He will give us whatever tools we need to do the job that He requires of us, He will guide us every step of the way, we will never be alone. But we need to follow Him.

Are we in Christ? Do we follow and obey Him, and are we bearing fruit for his kingdom?

May Jesus bless you.
