The whole world is driven by the profit motive. People are always scheming, thinking of how they can benefit from what they say or what they do. Their motives are selfish. Even preachers and churches want to benefit from the people.
The child of God is motivated by the Spirit of God, his only desire is to be pleasing to Jesus. What is YOUR and my motive? Why do we do things? Do we want to achieve some selfish ambition or gain some benefit or are we seeking to be pleasing to Jesus? What motivates us, the Spirit of God or our own selfish desires? Are we TRULY children of God?

this life which seems so -real- is quite the OPPOSITE!

It is so disturbing to delve into the ulterior motives of mankind. It can be very depressing and disheartening to think about what people are doing to this planet and each other. The deception is mind boggling especially now when most are celebrating the birth of Jesus on the wrong day. I cant go along with the lies anymore. Mankind needs to wise up and do something soon or we are doomed.
