God speaks to man in many, many ways before He does
anything. We read in Amos 3:7 that God does nothing unless He shares His
thoughts with His servants the prophets. God loves this world, God loves us and
therefore He warns us before He does anything. If man does not take heed the
punishment and the judgment of God comes on the earth. He warns we need to take
heed.
We read in Amos 4:12-13 “Prepare to meet your God, O Israel.
13 For behold, He who forms mountains and creates the wind and declares to
man what are His thoughts, He who makes dawn into darkness and treads on the
high places of the earth, the LORD God of hosts is His name.”
God speaks to all men; God speaks to everybody to all of us.
He has put a conscience in all of us, we all know what is right and wrong, we
just don’t do it. Nobody but nobody has any excuse. Never ever in the past in
history have as many people been as well educated as there are today.
The truth is not hidden, more than ever there is an
availability of truth you can find it if you want it. There are more Bibles
than there ever were in history. Communication has never been better, you can
go on the Internet, you can find information if you want it. If you want the
truth you can find it, easily. A few strokes of a button and you can find it.
If you switch on your radio, if you switch on your TV the truth is there.
People are just not interested in it.
God speaks through many ways, He speaks through science, He
speaks through nature, we look at global warming, He is speaking at the moment
through the economy, He speaks through natural disasters, hurricanes, earth
quakes, tsunami’s, AIDS, war, famine. But man disregards God, man is just not
interested in listening to God. He pretends that God does not exist. On a
personal level God speaks through sickness to us, He speaks through disaster,
because He cares.
He declares to man His thoughts, He warns us. He sends His
servants the prophets, they are mocked, they are slandered, they are
disregarded and they are persecuted. God will not strive with man forever. We
read it in Genesis 6:3 God said “My Spirit shall not strive with
man forever.”
God then closes the door, like He did in the times of Noah
and that He also promised to do at the end of time. We read in Matthew
24:37-39 "For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the
days of Noah. 38 For as in those days before the flood
they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day
that Noah entered the ark, 39 and they did not
understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of
the Son of Man be.”
The day of the Lord is coming my friend, it is upon us and it will be a
terrible day. Peter writes about it in 2 Peter 3:10 “But the day of the Lord
will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the
elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will
be burned up.”
Are you ready? Judgment is coming; we shall all stand judgment from the
lesser of us to the greatest. We read in Revelation 20:11-13 ”Then I saw a
great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and
heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. 12 And
I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books
were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the
dead were judged from the things, which were written in the books, according to
their deeds. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were
in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were
judged, every one of them according to their deeds.”
My friends are you ready to meet your God? Are you ready to stand judgment?
You need to be blind, deaf and brainwashed, not to see what is happening in
the world, right now. Judgment is imminent, be prepared to face your God. Are
you ready today? Are you spotless? How is your record? Are you ready to answer
the Judge? Are you ready to stand in front of Jesus Christ right now?
Many people, many Christians they think they are saved, but they live like
Satan. My friends, we will be judged by our deeds, not by our faith but by what
we have done, by how we have responded because of our faith.
If we have sin in our lives, if we have unrepented sin, we shall be judge My
friend it is written in the Books. Whether you believe you are saved or not.
Jesus will decide that.
You and me have the opportunity right now to fix it up. Time is running out
my friends, time is running out, disaster is coming. You can run but you can’t
hide
Prepare to meet your God my friend. Are you ready? Are you
ready to meet your God. You have the opportunity now; I have the opportunity
now to fix up. To go to Jesus now and to say Lord Jesus have mercy on me,
forgive me, help me Lord, come into my life. You have an opportunity now fix it
up. But it’s late and the door is closing. Like in the days of Noah when that
door is closed, it is forever and ever too late.
Are you ready? Prepare my friend. Prepare to meet your
God because it will be soon.
