Oil and water don’t mix. A Christian and the world don’t mix either. The
apostate church is blending in seamlessly with the world. If you are part of
the Body of Christ, which is the true church, you will have nothing in common
with the world.
Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 6:14-18. “Do not be bound together with
UNBELIEVERS; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what
fellowship has light with darkness? 15 Or what harmony has Christ with Belial,
or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? 16 Or what agreement has
the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; just as
God said, I WILL DWELL IN THEM AND WALK AMONG THEM and I WILL BE THEIR GOD AND
THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE. 17 Therefore COME OUT FROM THEIR MIDST AND BE
SEPARATE says the Lord. And DO NOT TOUCH WHAT IS UNCLEAN; And I will
welcome you. 18 And I will be a FATHER to you, and you shall be sons and
daughters to Me, says the Lord Almighty.”
The fallen church doesn’t know the definition of holiness.
We read in 1Corinthians 6:17-19 “But the one who
joins himself to the Lord is one spirit with Him. 18 Flee
immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the
immoral man sins against his own body. 19 Or do you not
know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have
from God, and that you are not your own?”
Immorality is part of the fallen church. 70% of members live in sin. 50% of
pastors and church leaders are divorced, or in proceedings. Many of them are
homosexual. That is the profile of your church, the apostate church. Everything
is acceptable under the preaching of perfect love that endures all things. My
friend, God hates sin, Jesus died for sin, but the fallen church
and it’s members love sin. The fallen church has nothing to do with God or His
Son Jesus Christ. They only use the scriptures as a means to take souls captive
for their own purposes.
God is Holy. If you have any hope of salvation then we shall believe Jesus
and do as He commanded. If you want to go to heaven and spend eternity with
Jesus, you ought to walk like Jesus walked and talk like Jesus talked. If you
want to go to hell, then listen to the deceivers that condone sin in the body –
they are going there and they will take you along with them. The only way to
get to heaven is through absolute obedience to Jesus Christ. If you can’t stand
the thought of spending an hour in the presence of Jesus praying, you have no
expectation of heaven.
The apostle Peter writes in 1 Peter 1:13-16 “Therefore, prepare your minds
for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be
brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 14 As
obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in
your ignorance, 15 but like the Holy One who called you,
be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; 16 because
it is written, "YOU SHALL BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY." 17
If you address as Father, the One who impartially judges according to
each one’s work, CONDUCT YOURSELF IN FEAR during the time of your stay on
earth.”
In this regard Paul also writes in Philippians 2:12: “work out your
salvation with fear and trembling;”
James writes about purity in James 1:27 “ Pure and undefiled religion
in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in
their distress, and to KEEP ONESELF UNSTAINED BY THE WORLD.”
No impurity will go into heaven. The Holy Spirit does not dwell in temples
built of stone and mortar but in clean human vessels; we are the temple of the
Holy Spirit.
We read in 1 John 2:17 “And
the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God
abideth for ever.”
Peter cautions us to be Holy in 2 Peter 3:10-12 “But the day of the Lord
will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the
elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will
be burned up. 11 Since all these things are to be
destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in HOLY
CONDUCT and GODLINESS, 12 looking for
and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will
be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat!”
A disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ has only one business and that is to
serve His Lord. Jesus said: I have come to do Thy will o Lord. If we follow
Jesus we shall be reserved for His purpose only. You cannot be part of the
world and part of the kingdom of heaven. Do not associate with lies. If your
church is not preaching the absolute truth, come out, come out of there and
follow Jesus. A half-truth is equal to a full lie.
Not one sin will go into heaven. If you associate with lies and half-truths
you will be polluted. A small deviation is more dangerous than a big one,
because it looks harmless. In the end you are soiled. You only need a tiny
spot, a small smudge, to mess up a perfectly white robe. That will make you
unsuitable for the kingdom of heaven my friend. Do you want to risk eternity
for a small blemish?
Many are called but few are chosen. Moses led more than 700 000 men only out
of Egypt to the Promised Land. They were saved, saved from slavery. But you
know, of those more than 700 000 men only 2 entered the Promised Land. The rest
were struck down in the wilderness because they would not learn the ways of
God. Let us do the arithmetic. Two out of 700 000 went in. Few who call
themselves saved today, will enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Come out from the world, separate yourself. Come out of the fallen church
and get into a daily walk with Jesus Christ. Be holy, He said in 2 Corinthians
6:17-18 “Therefore COME OUT FROM THEIR MIDST AND BE SEPARATE says the
Lord. And DO NOT TOUCH WHAT IS UNCLEAN; And I will welcome you. 18 And I will
be a FATHER to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to Me, says the Lord
Almighty.”
That is our calling, to be holy, to be reserved for
the explicit use of Jesus Christ only. Let us keep ourselves holy and clean,
then we can be vessels of honor to be used by Jesus Christ for His kingdom.
